:::Monochromed:::
I was that guy.
But with a different ending.
:::Monochromed:::
:::Monochromed:::
And we ponder.
:::Monochromed:::
You bring me joy at one point then suddenly you're like this most evil person. Although our "meetup" last night did make me think.
So what if the patches were covered?
Then do we plight our troths?
It's not solely because you kept pushing me away citing this and that. It's more of the "why" that i cannot answer and that weighs more than anything else.
I try so hard to assuage these feelings, to make peace with my demons because when morning comes, I know that i have to emancipate myself from the clutchless vice that has been gripping for much too long.
I miss you. I miss us. But i can't do that forever.

When your shoes gets old.
When it's all tattered and worn.
When the soles don't grip so much.
When then stains can't be gone.
But the comfort on your feet.
The places it has been.
But when your shoes gets old.
You just have to let them go.
Not all old is gold.
Even if they say it's so.
When your shoes gets old.
No matter the comfort, just got the let them go.
Those old shoes.
